Shipping & returns
You will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order. You will receive a second confirmation e-mail when your payment is completed. Most orders are shipped within 5-7 working day after receiving you payment. The delivery of your order will be handles by Post.nl and by local couriers when outside the Netherlands. You will receive a Track&Trace number as soon as your order has been shipped. Most shipments within the Netherlands arrive the next day. Deliveries outside the Netherlands are handled by local couriers. Please contact us if you believe the delivery is delayed.
All prices are in euros, including Dutch vat at 21% and exclusive shipping costs. Shipping cost for oders above €150,- are free in the Netherlands, for orders to other country's you only pay the extra shipping costs. We accept payments through Paypal, Ideal (Netherlands), Mister Cash (Belgium), Giropay (Germany), Direct banking, Multisafepay Wallet, Visa, MasterCard and Banktransfer (on request only). All payments are handled by Multisafepay, except for Paypal. In case your payment failed, please request a payment link at email@example.com. Please note: Payments through banktransfer take longer processing, also refunding takes longer in case you choose to pay by banktransfer.
- You may return an item within the seven-day period following the item’s delivery.
- An item being returned must always be reported and sent in accordance with the returns procedure as otherwise the refund may be delayed.
- The items must be delivered to our office within seven days of the request to return the items concerned.
- The goods must be sent back to us in perfect condition.
- Returned items will only be accepted if all labels are intact and affixed.
- Afriek will not accept any items whose labels are missing.
- Following the seven-day period, Afriek will assume that the customer is satisfied with the order.
- We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number.
- Afriek is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss.
- All deliveries are subject to availability.
- Defective items are exchanged for the same type of product in the same colour and size, subject to availability. Refunds for defective items will be effected within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers that wish to make a complaint should always first contact the customer service department.
- Items cannot be exchanged or returned in our shop.
- Items may only be returned to our office at Palmgracht 44a, 1015 HN Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
